• Are Spicy Drops Products “All Natural”?

  • Yes, we utilize all natural real ingredients when creating our products.

• Does Spicy Drops Hot Sauce require refrigeration?

  • Yes, you should ideally store your sauces in the refrigerator after opening in order to preserve the freshness and natural ingredients. Many hot sauces do not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature after opening for up to 6 months. This also applies to our products, but we strongly recommend refrigeration in order to preserve the freshness.

• Can I order a large amount of product at once?

  • Yes, however given that we are a small batch specialty food store, we kindly prefer to have a heads up and discuss any potentially large orders in advance. Please reach out via email to contact@spicydrops.com to coordinate large orders.

• Can I cancel my order?

  • If your product has not yet shipped, please reach out as soon as possible via email to contact@spicydrops.com for assistance. Please reply to your shipment confirmation email and include the text “CANCEL” in your email title along with a detailed explanation in the body of your email.

• Can I return my order?

  • You can return an order when the outer packaging is unopened right away by simply writing "return to sender" on the shipping label and putting the package back in your mailbox/handing it to your postal worker. Please do so within 30 days of purchase. That way the post office will bring it back to us and we can refund you the cost of the sauce!
